BIGGEST INFINITY POOL IN THE SKY? OK

On my first trip to Singapore I told Yen that YES of course I want to swim in the highest infinity pool in the world. Why not?

We spent a few hours flouncing around the complex on arrival while being in complete awe the whole time of the fact we hadn’t technically ‘left’ our hotel – there’s a huge shopping complex and casino attached to the hotel (The Shoppes). The day we arrive it was cloudy and threatening to rain but we ignored this and headed for the the clouds, 57 storeys up to the sky park for dip in that pool, frozen daiquiris as basic of course.

The hotel is pretty spectacular, it has the most outrageous sized lobby with walls made completely out of glass, there’s three towers, all three joining at the Sky Park on the 57th floor which boasts the worlds largest infinity pool in the sky along the front of it. The lifts go so fast your ears don’t even have time to pop on the way up, the air conditioning throughout the whole complex could probably freeze over Hawaii and there’s a ridiculous amount of water features, everywhere. Over the top is definitely an understatement.

Daytime outfit: I’m wearing a printed, layered silk dress from a small boutique just off Carnaby street, London. Purple bikini from H&M, sunglasses by Ray Ban.
