August Outfit Ensembles: Peachy Pyjama Shorts in Cu Chi

Off to see the Cu Chi Tunnels today, just outside of Saigon, there’s going to be a lot of crouching to get into the tunnels used by villagers during the war as a safe underground world against the US bombs and dangerous gases, so I’m wearing my loose fitted printed, ‘so called’ pyjama shorts.

Peach, pale pinks, white and nudes have been a big hit this summer, its like the nation has only discovered how well they set off a tan…
These floral printed shorts are from H&M and are made of much needed lightweight material. I’ve kept it simple and teamed it with a basic white tank top plus my gold glittery Miss KG sandals that spruce up any day outfit, plus my Mulberry Travel bag. Rings are hand made from various little stands in Shoreditch market.

Rice paper being made in Cu Chi – fellow Vietnamese people, have you ever wondered why there is always the same groove on rice paper? Well, here is why!

We also went to visit the pretty Cao Dai temple nearby to Cu Chi, this colourful temple worships a mixture of elements and its religion influenced by several other religions such a Buddhism and Hinduism. Shorts are not s appropriate here…
